We have a block of rooms at the Lowell Center from Sunday August 3 through Friday August 8, overlooking Lake Mendota. On-site parking is $8 overnight; please contact the Center for details. The Lowell Center is around a 15 minute walk from the Computer Science building; there are free campus buses available as well. If you are taking the bus, Route 82 will stop at the Memorial Union every half hour headed toward CS, and either Route 80 or Route 82 will take you back toward the Lowell Center with a stop at the Memorial Union.

Union South Hotel, only steps away from the workshop location, is another option. While we are unable to do a group reservation, you may try to call in and reserve the room individually. As of 4/25/2014, the nightly rate during the conference is between $147 and $152 (including taxes and fees). Union South also has on-site parking for $16 overnight.
