Petascale Tools Workshop 2013 will be held at the University of Wisconsin CS Department in Room 1240.

The nearest airport is Madison Dane Country Regional Airport (MSN), which has service provided by American, Delta, Frontier, and United.

It is a 15-20 minute drive from the airport to the downtown campus area. Many of the hotels have free shuttles, and a taxi ride is about $20. Madison is a compact walking-friendly town, so there is little reason to rent a car. (And parking in the campus area can be a challenge.)

Chicago O'hare (ORD) is 2.5 - 3 hours drive from Madison and often has cheaper flights. The Van Galder (Coach USA) bus goes regularly from the airport terminals to the UW campus area. The bus ride is around 4 hours.
