After you have installed Paradyn on your system, and are ready to use it to measure your programs, this is the manual to read. It contains a short tutorial that should give you a feel on how to use Paradyn.

Paradyn User's Guide (gziped)

The main documentation for Paradyn (over 70 pages). Details chapters on running programs, using Paradyn's performance monitoring features, navigating its user interface, etc. After you've read the installation guide and worked through the tutorial, this is the document you'll be referring to most often.

Visi Programmer Guide (gziped)

If you wish to create your own visualization program and have Paradyn interface with it, you'll need to read this document. Only people wishing to customize Paradyn in this way need this document.

Libthread Programmer's Guide (gziped)

This manual documents the user-level threads package which we used in developing Paradyn.
